A type project is a finished, field-tested design that we adapt to your plot. Because designing from scratch — the most expensive and time-consuming part — is removed, you reach your building permit up to 60% cheaper and far faster than with a bespoke design.

Da. Tipski projekt je polazište, a ne kalup. Preraspodjela prostorija, pomicanje pregradnih zidova, drukčiji raspored kuhinje ili kupaonice i prilagodba otvora ulaze u opseg paketa Family, dok kod manjih izmjena uvijek pazimo da konstrukcija i instalacije ostanu usklađene. Veće intervencije rado dogovaramo zasebno. Yes. A type project is a starting point, not a mould. Rearranging rooms, moving partition walls, a different kitchen or bathroom layout and adjusting openings are all part of the Family package, while for smaller changes we always keep the structure and services consistent. Larger interventions we are happy to scope separately.

If the plot clearly calls for a fundamentally different solution, we will tell you openly and suggest a bespoke design.

Total duration also depends on how quickly the authority responds, but the design phase — normally the longest — is shortened dramatically.
